These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website kalaharifire.ie and the purchase of products from Kalahari Fire Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

We specialise in the sale of premium hardwood (Kameeldoring) and BBQ/braai accessories. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Due to the natural nature of firewood, variations in size, shape, and appearance may occur.

4. Pricing

• All prices are listed in euro (€).
• Prices include VAT where applicable.
• Collection is free - there are no delivery charges.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Orders

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email.
• This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g. stock or payment issues).

6. Payment

We accept payment via our secure third-party payment provider, Stripe. All payments must be made in full before your order is prepared for collection.

7. Collection

Orders are currently available for free collection in the Kildare Town area. We do not offer delivery at this time.

• Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time and place.
• Collection must be made within a reasonable timeframe.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on collection.
• Special arrangements may apply to bulk orders and will be agreed at the time of purchase.

8. Returns & Refunds

We comply with Irish and EU consumer law.

a) Change of mind (online orders)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Any costs of returning the goods to us are the responsibility of the customer.

b) Faulty or damaged goods

If goods are damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of collection and we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

c) Non-returnable items

Due to the nature of firewood, used or partially used products cannot be returned.

9. Use of Products

Our products are intended for outdoor cooking and heating purposes only. You are responsible for the safe and proper use of firewood and BBQ equipment, and for complying with local safety regulations. We are not liable for misuse of products.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including logos, images, and text) is the property of Kalahari Fire Ltd and may not be used without permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. weather, transport disruption, or supplier delays).

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
